Make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature has disadvantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws and ability checks for the duration of the spell.

An affected creature can attempt a Charisma saving throw at the end of each of its turns, and on a success, the spell ends.
