You cause ice to form around the lower body of one Large or smaller creature that you can see that is situated on a solid surface. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is restrained until it uses an action to free itself with a DC 10 Strength check, or attack the ice itself, which has an AC of 12, 10 hit points, and vulnerability to fire damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you increase the number of targets by one for each slot level higher than 1st.
