Choose a point within range and choose a radius between 5 and 20 feet. Every creature within that radius takes 8d6 fire damage and must make a Dexterity saving throw. Creatures take full damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. This spell ignores cover.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can choose to increase the damage by 1d6 or increase the radius of effect by 5 feet for spell slot above 5th.
