The air around you grows deathly cold. You can see your breath and a thin layer of frost forms on any surface you touch. For the duration of the spell you can use a bonus action to have this aura of cold lance out and attack a creature in range. Make a ranged spell attack, if you hit the creature damage equal to 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifer.
